INJECTION MOLDED WRAP LED – Series 3811L/3816L 
Legion’s INJECTION MOLDED WRAP LED is constructed of a die formed steel base and an injection molded clear 100% virgin acrylic plastic with permanently attached injection molded ends of high impact plastic. The sidewalls of the lens have a continuous set of horizontal elevating prisms on the inside and vertical spreading prisms on the outside. The bottom is covered by a uniform array of conical male prisms on .125" centers with a base angle of 32˚. Lens assembly is secured to the fixture chassis by four spring loaded sliding hinge pins (one at each corner) which engage non-breakable pockets molded into the inner surface of the end caps. The hinges operate from either side for ease of installation and maintenance. Now available in LED, the unit can be specified with numerous lumen and color temperature options to satisfy any project requirement. An optional emergency battery backup is available. Standard sizes include 2’, 4’ and 8’ with two different width options.
